The convenient location of Osiedle Poematu will allow efficient access to Śródmieście, Wilanów, Ursynów and Mokotów. Wawer is well connected to the centre, which can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

All this is possible thanks to the Warsaw Southern Ring Road, which is located a few kilometres from the estate. In addition, it will take 30 minutes to reach the Warsaw Śródmieście station by Fast Urban Rail. Warsaw Falenica station is only 900 m from the development site. Public transport (ZTM) stops can also be found in the immediate vicinity, and a bus terminal is accessible by a 5-minute walk. The district’s main roads include the Wał Miedzeszyński Street, which is about an 8-minute drive from the development.

For a longer sightseeing trip, you can go to the Masovian Landscape Park, situated 10 km away, with numerous educational and walking trails.
